  • DELIVERY: Delivery service is available for $35.00 within Tracy City limits. Pick-up is available also for $35.00. Rates are based on first floor delivery to your door during normal business hours. Additional charges are made for backyard, second floor, stairs, elevators and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle. Additional charges apply when delivery or pick-up is required outside of normal business hours. Please inquire about availability and price. Upon delivery, we request that your representative and ours count-in all equipment. After your event, we ask that you count-out all equipment with our driver. If you choose not to count-out your order, counts will be conducted at our warehouse.
  • PICK-UP: All dinnerware, glassware etc. must be rinsed, food-free and replaced in the same containers as delivered. Linens should be dry and free of food, confetti, etc. Wax on linens or equipment will incur additional charges. Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked ready for pick-up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges.
  • EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY: Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery or pick-up to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secure and protected from the weather when not in use. A charge will be added for items requiring cleaning or drying. Customer will be charged for broken, damaged and missing items.
  • SET-UP: Set-up and take down service is also available. Minimum set up or take down fee is .10 per item.
  • IDENTIFICATION: A valid California Drivers License is required to pick up any rental items.
  • DEPOSIT: A cleaning and security deposit is required on all orders with a major credit card.
  • PAYMENT: All rental fees are required to be paid in advance.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits will be refunded in full provided that we have received a cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before, a 50% fee of the total rental may be accessed.
  • LIABILITY: Because of insurance reasons and lost court cases we can not load or unload your vehicle. Customer is responsible for loading, securing and counting equipment.

  • We are constantly adding to out rental inventory. If you need something that is not on our list. please ask about it.
